Classic Dill Gravlax

Our house cured dill lox, sliced thin. Sold by the 1/4 pound, which serves 1-2 people.

Made with sustainably farmed Scottish salmon from the Faroe Islands, cured simply with fresh dill, juniper, salt and sugar for 2 days. The resulting lox is tender, buttery, and goes really well with bagels.
