What is Lenore's Bagels?

Lenore's Bagels is a Dallas-based, order-ahead bakery dedicated to providing the community with high-quality bagels made from local, stone ground flour. Our existence is rooted in our passion for preserving heritage bread-making techniques while incorporating innovative approaches.

How it Works

As an order-ahead bakery, we accept delivery orders in advance. We currently offer delivery every day except Saturdays. Shipping is based on distance from downtown Dallas.

Pickups are offered at the Saint Michael's Farmer's Market every Saturday from 8:00am- 11:30am, starting April 22nd.

At Lenore's Bagels, our journey began with a vision rooted in heritage and a deep love for baking. Named in honor of the founder's grandmother, Lenore, our bakery came to life during a time of unprecedented challenges. Established in the Summer of 2020, amid the global pandemic, Lenore's Bagels started as a search for comfort and community.

Drawing inspiration from cherished family recipes and the culinary art of classic American and Jewish foods, our online bakery quickly became popular with bagel enthusiasts. Our dedication to tradition, combined with an innovative spirit, has guided us in crafting an entire bakery focused on quality and purpose.
